First of all, it should be stressed that Plastibac supplies exclusively to industry, businesses, self-employed people, institutions, public authorities or on behalf of organisations and associations that are not subject to VAT. We do not sell directly to private persons. All prices shown on this website are quoted in Euros, excluding the applicable rate of VAT, ex-works from 8520 Kuurne, Belgium (unless expressly stated otherwise). Additional fees may be charged for orders with a net goods value of less than €30, excluding VAT.


How do I place an online order?
It takes just 4 simple steps to order online via plastibac.eu:

Step 1: fill your shopping basket with the required products. Please note that many of our products are available in different colours. Be sure to select the required colour before adding it to your shopping basket.

Step 2: if you are not yet a registered user, please indicate the country to which the goods should be sent. This information is used to determine any shipping costs based on an item's volume, sizes and/or specific packaging requirements. If you are already a registered user, this will be done automatically. If you have a promo code, this can also be activated during this step.

Step 3: here you fill in the information needed to deliver your order. If you are not registered yet, you may do so during this step. Returning users may also log in here and enter or complete the appropriate order information: contact details, delivery address, order reference, as well as the preferred payment method.

Step 4: this step provides you with a final overview of your order including full details about the quantities ordered, prices and shipping costs. In this step you can finalise your order. Your order will be processed in accordance with your preferred payment method. If you chose to pay on account, your order will be processed by us in anticipation of a possible advance payment (new customers). If you choose the safe online payment option, you will automatically be redirected to the payment page. Paying online obviously improves the efficiency with which your order can be processed and delivered.
After your order is completed, a confirmation email with the order number will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.

How do I change an online order?
In this case, it is best to get in touch with the contact person mentioned on the confirmation e-mail as soon as possible, using the e-mail address or telephone number that you will also find in the confirmation e-mail. The speed with which orders are processed unfortunately means that it is not possible to pass on these changes via your eshop account.
If you have paid for your order online, we will arrange for a fast settlement of any differences.

How do I cancel an order?

How will my order be confirmed?
Once you have placed an order, you will automatically be sent a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provided. Keep this confirmation email and the order number in a safe place, in case you have any questions or comments about the order later on.

I did not receive a confirmation email
Once an order has been placed, a shipping confirmation appearing on your screen is normally an indication that your order has gone through successfully.
Otherwise you may have opted for an online payment and the payment platform screen is open in another tab pending your follow-up. Or the confirmation e-mail may have got stuck in the spam-filter and failed to reach your inbox.
